Hi, my name is François Gervais. I was born in 1976 in Montreal, Canada. I'm a restaurant owner since 2012 in Quebec City (province of Quebec, Canada). I'm an amateur genealogist and cartographer in my spare time, and I'm also the moderator of the r/UsefulCharts group and creator of the r/MonarchyChartsXL group, both on Reddit. Since 2020 I have been drawing family trees mainly covering the early, high and late Middle Ages, the Renaissance up to modern times. In 2023 I started to adapt them for publication on Wikipedia. Please note that I do not sell charts. I make all my charts available for free download in a variety of formats.
